We are very disappointed this has happened to one of our internet users and it is such a shame the small minority of people wish to ruin online shopping for the rest of us. Are you having problems uploading images?

The size of your pictures are probably too big so you will need to re-size them. We cannot help with this so please do not email us if you are having problems!

You will need to load your images into a third party site such as www.photobucket.com which will re-size them for you.
